Philip D. Garver

Phil Garver has more than 35 years experience in law firm management.  A veteran Legal Administrator, Phil served as Regional Vice President for the Association of Legal Administrators. For a decade prior to entering the legal profession, Phil worked in banking, heading various operations and financial departments with Fidelity Union Bancorporation (now Wells Fargo Bank).  He founded The Garver Group, Inc. in 1992.  He has served as an adjunct professor of Law Office Administration at Burlington County College and a Board Member of the Burlington County NJ YMCA.
