Philip D. Garver
President
Phil Garver has more than 20 years experience in law firm management. He founded The Garver Group, Inc. in 1992. A veteran administrator, Phil served as Regional Vice President for the Association of Legal Administrators. For a decade prior to entering the legal profession, Phil worked in banking, heading various operations and financial departments with Fidelity Union Bancorporation (now Wachovia Bank). He has served as an adjunct professor of Law Office Administration at Burlington County College and a Board Member of the Burlington County YMCA.

Rachel Garver Kahn
Vice President
Rachel Kahn coordinates the outsourcing division of The Garver Group, Inc. She brings vast knowledge of the law firm billing process to our clients and works closely with our clients and staff. She specializesin electronic and task-based billing. Rachel has been with the Garver Group since 1997.

Cory Kahn Fedore
Senior Account Manager
Cory Kahn works closely with both our clients and our staff to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction. Our staff is expert in all aspects of the law firm back office operation.

Jake Garver
Creative Director
Jake Garver is responsible for our marketing and design projects. He brings with him nearly 10 years of experience in the advertising field, which includes the construction of over 50 websites, the creation of dozens of logos, and the design, development, and management of local and national ad campaigns.
